49 NORTH® BAR & CHAIN OIL is a premium quality oil formulated for use in today’s high performance chain saws.

QUALITIES:

49 NORTH® BAR & CHAIN OIL is formulated with high quality paraffinic base oils combined with effective anti-wear additives and a special tackifier additive to optimize performance. The anti-wear agents reduce metal-to-metal contact wear between the drive sprocket, the bar guide, and the moving chain. High treat levels of the tackifier additive enhances adhesion of the oil to the sprocket, chain, and bar, thereby reducing oil throw off during operation. Tight control of viscosity allows better calibration of oiling rates, and the additives used with reduce the amount of pitch build-up on the various parts.
